Harvard did not receive recommendation letters or SAT scores

Today I received an email saying my application is incomplete.
On Harvard's portal, my "Recommendation Letters" and "Secondary School / Dean's Report" are both "Not received" and my SAT scores are "un-official".

I sent my recommendation letters along with my Common App. On my Common App, on the "Assign Recommenders" page, it says "Teacher Evaluation Downloaded: 10/31/2013". What does this mean? Does it mean it was downloaded by the Harvard reviewers?
Also, on the PDF generated by Common App, it doesn't mention recommendation letters anywhere on it. Were recommendation letters suppose to be sent separately?

I wrote my SATs in November, Harvard's website says I can write it in November. They said not to use "Rush reporting", how do I let Harvard know that my scores are coming?

email them to tell them your SATs are coming. Fax to them copies of your rec letters.

This from another kid on the Harvard forum who had a similar issue. His notice said

Have your GC fax the Recommendation Letters and Secondary School Report.

^Good advice.

Honestly, just call the admissions office. They’re super friendly and WAY more knowledgable than any of us :)

Please follow what Gibby said. The deadline is Monday. The Harvard record office is not picking up the phone as they are inundated with phone calls. So no point calling and any email results in an automated response. Please have your Teacher/GC fax the recommendation letter. I also see “Downloaded on 10/31/13” in the Common App. Turns out Harvard did NOT get it. Not sure about the SAT though.

I emailed my teachers, I’ll call Harvard on Monday to make sure they got it.
For future Common App submissions, am I suppose to send the recommendation letters separately or is Common App suppose to do that for me?

Does anyone know what to do about SATs?
