<p>If it says they’ve been downloaded, then they probably just haven’t processed it with the rest of your application yet. Did you apply near the deadline?</p>
<p>with large # of applicants, definitely a possibility that it hasnt been processed.
check again during february (like beginning-middle time) to check again. they should be done processing within february</p>
<p>I had the exact same problem…sooo what I did was I called them two days ago and the lady said that they are in a “deeper” data base or something like that. She found them and told the Harvard files room that I have them and the next day my application was complete.</p>
<p>I got an email saying my file was not completed on Tuesday and that they have “checked [their] files carefully” and I was worried because I thought my application was complete since I turned it in in November and submitted everything. I don’t know why they sent me an email saying that they have checked their files carefully where the lady answering the phone easily found them in some program on her computer. </p>
<p>At least my application is definitely done, but it literally was supposed to be done in November 
. Oh, well I should have called them earlier because it was a very easy thing to fix but thought that maybe they are just sorting through the apps.
