Harvard EA International Student

Hi,
I am French, Greek, and Russian, and am a junior in a French-English bilingual school in Paris. I speak 5 languages fluently - French, Greek, Russian, English, Spanish, of which I started learning 2 after the age of 12 (English and Spanish).
I have always had really good grades in comparison to my classmates - 18/20, which I guess corresponds to a solid 4.0 UW GPA.
As a language passionate, I spent most of my middle school years teaching myself English, in order to attend an international school. I tried to take the entrance exam in 8th grade but the administration thought I couldn’t be successful. I sent a new application the following year and managed to get in. I hence managed to learn English (mostly alone) to a level that satisfied the school’s “proficiency” requirement.

Here are my ECs that spread on all 4 HS years:
-Swimming (3 times a week)
-Greek classes (fluent level)
-Russian classes (fluent level)
-Student government (highest representative of the whole student body)
-Class president
-2 international MUNs
-2 internships in the French Embassy in Mosco (which I organized without there being a specific program - “harassed” the embassy by email and phone and managed to secure two internships)
-Upcoming internship in the European Parliament in Brussels (which I also organized with the same methods by contacting several MEPs)
(-Trying to learn Dutch during COVID-19 lockdown)

Exams:
A* on IGCSE English Literature
C1 Exam in Greek (which I obtained at the age of 13)
750s on SAT IIs
Will most probably get a solid 1500 on the SAT I (according to seriously done practice test)
All my average grades in important subjects are between 18 and 20 (/20), and I am the best student in most of my classes)

As you can tell, I believe most of my activities are related to my interest in languages, politics, and diplomacy more specifically.
I wanted to know if such an application would stand a chance in the EA Harvard pool for the upcoming admission cycle.
Could anyone tell me if my ECs and stats correspond to what Harvard (as well as Princeton and Yale) looks for (especially the internships which I am very proud of)?

PS: Sorry for taking so long to ask a simple question…
Hope someone will be able to help me
