oh, and piyopiyo, that's quite the list. i'm impressed! (how much time did it take you to write it down?)

Am I the only one applying for comp sci around here?
high 8 or low 9...

he could just copy/paste...there were previous lists too. you can make an updated list if you want

ah, school starts in two days...i'll miss you guys :-(

14 days left.....

BTW we'll be making a separate thread for the actual decisions, right?

I was planning on it, perfectdark... but I just found out I have to go to some rather stupid awards assembly the morning of the 10th! I think I'm going to set up my cell phone to access my email account, but I won't be able to post on CC until later. But yeah, I'm sure someone will make a "decisions" thread as soon as the first email comes.

life as we know it hangs in the balance, o the drama

I am so nervous about this. But the way I look at it is that i either will get the best present in my life or i will be ok because i am not expecting much. With this attitude I thought I would be less scared than everyone else but it didnt work out that way.

"i predict a 50% acceptance rate for our CC'ers...hehe, a bit bold- I admit...but WE CAN DO IT!!!"

"I'm hoping for 100%...that would only be around 50 people, so it's possible!"

"(20% acceptance rate)^50 = 1.126 x 10^-35 probability

Let's go for it ."

And the Yalies say we have no sense of community!

Good luck everyone! But just in case, the Harvard Rejects Support Group meets at my house on December 10...

lol who's gonna bring the guacamole dip?

I'll meet you guys at modestmouse's ...Btw, the emails ARE coming on the 10th right? Last year my two friends did not get the answers from MIT until december 22nd (after three phone calls and a couple of sleepless nights.) I really want to get over with this ASAP...too nervous to wait!

wooo rejection party at modestmouse's place! i'll bring the college apps :(

Funny... I'm working on my other apps this weekend. I want to get them out now, because I know I will be completely dejected and miserable after Dec. 10 if/when I don't get in.

I second Fish3... I want this over with NOW, too.

ahhhh im gonna balance my emotional side with my rational side and predict 30% total acceptance for Harvard CC-EA. From what I see of last year's threads, it should be a major improvement. 14 days!

Yay! Rejects meeting at modestmouse's! I'll bring the Taquitos!

I don't think I'll sleep on Dec. 9th, therefore I'm hoping I have an English paper due on the 10th so I can at least have an excuse not to sleep.

I have my interview on Sunday, so wish me luck! Any advice is appreciated, although I've made it a point to not look at any essay/app/etc. advice during the college app process- just doing my own little style (main one is serious, optional is humorous, but w/e). That is why I haven't been on the boards lately, less pressure/stress on me.

The terrible thing is, for those of us who are rejected, many of us will then have to wait until March-May to get our other letters back! That's why I'm praying to get in- just to save me months of excess worry.

So anyway- Hunter1985- Economics

I had my interview this weekend and it was good-- we didn't even talk about college-- just cool stuff- anyway-- the 100% admit for EA-CC sounds good--- i'm trying to not be scared about this but on Dec. 10th im just gonna have to skip all my classes and sit in front of a laptop the whole day at school... agghh
and hunter1985-- just RELAX at your interview and let it flooooowwww... good luck to all!!

fiesta_pagana87

ooopsie... i pressed the wrong key... fiesta_pagana87: government :)
