I love that walk down Mass Ave between Harvard Square and MIT. It’s a major shopping corridor with interesting stores, restaurants. If the weather’s bad, it’s only 2 stops on the T.

This ranks Harvard CS above UW. The ranking is for doctoral programs, not undergrads, but if you are interested in the research prowess of the faculty, this ranking would give you some idea.
