I really think there should be a dedicated thread.
My interview was scheduled for today at 4 p.m. i arrived there 20 minutes early, and got in 5 minutes early. The interviewer was the Head of a major department of the OSCE presence in Albania, so i knew i was going to have to deal with a big shot. Plus, i was sick, with a runny nose and a cough that could resuscitate the dead.
However, the guy was very pleasant. he sat right next to me, and had a notebook in his hand. he took notes with a microscopic writing, so i, who was standing like 20 centimeters from the notes, couldn't read anything.
The interview started with him explaining the point of the interview. He tried to be as friendly as he could, and always gave me space to answer. He was unreadable though, and by the end of the interview i was left wondering if i had made an impression. we joked a little about our times in high school, and he told me a couple of jokes regarding his time in Albania. If you ask me, i would say it went well, but i really don't know.
So pointers! Be as free as you can. Do not try to sound perfect, because they know international students can't speak English perfectly. Try to make examples, and do not avoid eye contact. just let them know you're feeling good.
Good Luck Everyone!

That was helpful. Thank You…
