<p>Ha, I know a guy here on CC who got one, and his 4 friends too. 3 from Delhi and 1 from Kolkata. What about you? Do you want to know who got interviews so that you can ask for their stats and try to find a formula that gets you an interview? Am I right?</p>

Secondly, I’ve already applied and my experience renders it obvious to me that there’s no formula.
Thirdly, this thread was something started with the aim of consolidating information scattered all over the forum.

I asked whether was I right (I don’t think that’s a baseless judgement about you). Also, Everyone knows there’s no formula, it’s a no brainer. And if your aim really was that “noble”, then why did you not provide your stats first as @mathsoul said.

Buddy I’ve no idea what you’re trying to accomplish with this thread, interview seasons are almost over and it’s very likely that you won’t get one now, those who got the interview have already done it by now.</p>

Also, I think all OP’s trying to do is gather all information regarding harvard interviews in one place. This would be much better than posting about it in the MIT INTERVIEWS thread, which is what we’ve been doing so far.</p>
<p>whatever… what’s its relevance anyways? (interview seasons are long gone) and He said there were a total of 4 including him,out of which only one was a medalist (maybe it was him, I read his CV) but you should really not name him here, If he’d be interested, he’ll post on this forum. </p>

@peepingtom sorry to burst your bubble, but the interview season is still going on.
I was contacted very recently and will have my Harvard interview shortly. Though my interviewer was a little ambiguous about the mode - phone/Skype, I’ll find out in his reply. (I’m from MH - not Mumbai)

It’s completely acceptable and I kinda share his feelings that he got an interview such late in the cycle, but his case just happens to be an anomaly but using words which he doesn’t even know the complete meaning of, that’s just getting excited and I feel him. No offence taken, which brings me to my question, Did you get an interview?</p>
<p>Yes I did It was some time back though and I didnt know interviews were selective back then though. I still think they may not be, given the fact that I got one. XD</p>
