Who is going to be doing this in the fall?

I might, if I can fit it in.

What's that? and how do you "do it"? Is it like a club at school, like Mock Trial or something?

Well, ask your school if anyone is organizing it. I believe its simply a trip to Harvard to participate in a model UN with maybe a little prep work before hand. Im not, sure, Ive never done it before. Ask your social science teachers about it.

My school may be going to Harvard this year for the first time in a while... but I said I can't go because I'm taking the SAT around that time.

I'll be going to RUMUN, JHUMUNC, and - if we get to go this year - hopefully ILMUNC or BOSMUN, too.

What is model UN???

For all of you who are curious what is a Model UN... I hope this helps! :] http://www.stanford.edu/group/Jonsson/mun.html. xP No need to ask your science teachers or anyone who is organizing it. ^___^

Yale Model United Nations (YMUN) is the best conference

i would have to say ILMUNC!

we just started out Model UN last year and it wasn't very organized. hopefully this year we'll get it off the ground. I really want to go to a conference. we had a mini conference type thing with in our school for all the AP history and government students.

Harvard is the best conference. Period.

confidential - which ILMUNC committee were you in? I was in ECOFIN this year and SOCHUM last year.

Both schools in my district (WW-P North and South) won second and third place for small delegations this year, and Lawrenceville (close by) won first. I think.

What is ILMUNC?

Ivy League MUN Conference. It's held at Penn on the last weekend of January.
