Hi! I have a question concerning admission for international students. As I understand, Harvard is both need-based and need-blind for international students - that is, it does not consider international student's ability to pay tuition as an admission factor and promises to meet any of its admitted student's financial need.

Yet, from what I heard, schools that are both need-blind and need-based for international students usually have an OFFICIAL quota for international students- that is, each year, they can only accept a fixed and limited amount of international students. MIT, For example, can only accept about 100 international students every year. So, my question is - is that also the case with Harvard? Does Harvard have a quota for international students? If so, what is the quota?
