For a while, I have chosen not to even think about Harvard because it seems so unattainable, but now I think I should apply. I know it is impossible to know about admissions for schools like Harvard, so I'd like to know if I even have a small chance.

100 percent
go for it. u are the type of people they want
and make sure ur interview and essay stand out

if you go to a rigorous school that sends graduates regularly to schools like harvard, about a slightly low to possible chance. if your school doesn’t have a history of kids going to super-selective schools, your chances are lower but still not impossible. most likely not, though… don’t count on it, sorry. your academics and ecs are both decent but not exceptional. you’d probably be around the median in the pool of serious applicants, and harvard’s one of those crazy schools. good luck everywhere else though. you do have a strong resume, objectively speaking.

What is your unweighted GPA?

At my high school our GPA is out of 98 and just to give you an idea our valedictorians tend to have GPAs that are > 97.5 unweighted

my school doesn’t do unweighted, but i’d guess around a 94.

thanks for all the input! i think i’ll apply!
