Your whole entire argument (last post) is null and void unless you can give me proof (a link perhaps?) that at least most “home restraining orders” include police monitoring. I would assume enforcement of this type of restraining order is handled in a similar fashion to person2person restraining orders: punishment not prevention.</p>
