Harvard - send the common application immediately!?

<p>I know of an athlete who received a “likely letter” from Harvard in early December last year. He could then say no to the other none-Ivy coaches, who were recruiting him. As long as the student does not mess up, the likely is followed by the official acceptance April 1.</p>
