So what do you guys think of my chances?

Thanks

I think your post should be in the chances forum.

it’s hard to tell
decent scores (not exceptional though), good grades, but you need to come alive in your essays etc n all that

top 10% is not really good enough for harvard or stanford, not even really for most of the other schools on your list. you’re looking to be top 5 or 6% (although judging by your grades that might be the case)

also, your test scores, besides the first sitting, are not really great (relative to where you’re applying).

i’d put harvard and stanford as big reaches, although stanford is much more forgiving of test scores than harvard

Your SAT scores are decent (First one.) You have a very very strong courseload.. 13 AP’s is very very impressive. However, your rank (as mentioned above) isn’t that good. Finally, your EC’s aren’t that good, and don’t reveal much personality, and Harvard and Stanford will be reaches.

I took the SAT three times. And the last time I took it I got a 2280. Don’t they just look at the highest in one sitting. Why would the other scores matter? and is a 2280 good for stanford or harvard

What about my chances of getting into all the other colleges like Upenn, Dartmouth, Cornell

i’d say you have a good shot at cornell, and dartmouth and penn are definitely also in the cards for you if you can present a well-rounded app

How do you know you already got into UCI? Doesn’t the results come out late March?

Stanford and Harvard will be a difficult. They probably want top 5% and your ECs are a super standout. If your essays are good, they will make a real difference in your chance of acceptance.
