After submitting my applications, I decided to look up traditions at the colleges that I applied to. I found plenty of quirky ones for most colleges I looked up, but nothing for Harvard. Are there any particularly odd traditions that happen at Harvard College that can't be found through a google search?

Oh, you’ve never heard of the Primal Scream?

[Primal Scream (Harvard) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](Primal Scream (Harvard) - Wikipedia)

Haha, I don’t plan on partaking in this one though :D

haha, that and the Harvard-Yale rivalry were the only things I could find. But I know there’s got to be more! (especially ones that everyone would be willing to participate in…unlike Primal Scream )

The top 3 that tradition has it that every Harvard student must do before graduation:
Sex at Widener stacks,
Peeing on John Harvard’s foot,
Primal Scream.

Others
The Harvard-Yale Game
Jumping into the River
Attending all House Parties (Mather Lather, 90’s at Pfoho, 80’s at Lev, Curriers Heaven and Hell etc)
The river run before housing day
The Cambridge Head Regatta

There are many list out there, teh best of which is painted on the walls of the Adams House Tunnels, can’t find a picture now. But these next two are also pretty good.
