Harvard Transfer Chances Anyone?

I started off as a freshmen at a great liberal arts college and then transferred to UW because of their business. I'm debating moving up again.

HS (very good private school with difficult grading system)
GPA: 3.25 (took advanced classes, my HS did not off AP)
ACT: 28 (took it once without studying or anything and figured it was good enough, i will probably retake soon and know i can get 32+)
ECs: 2 years football
4 years basketball, 1 year captain (first team all-conference, all-county, and state all-star)
4 years track, 2 years captain (I hold 4 school records and went to state senior year)
volunteered regularly for religion class
volunteered monthly for church
volunteered regularly at grade school bball, football, and track camps/events
summer job every year (I did not have time during the school year with sports)

College
freshmen GPA: 3.8
sophomore GPA (expected) UW-Madison: 4.0
ECs: varsity bball as a freshman
volunteered at grade school bball camps/events
Finance and Investment Society
Society of Personal Investment
Christians in Business Club
will participate and volunteer regularly for the 3 clubs
started an eBay business
I have an office job during the school year

I know my HS stats aren't up to par with Ivy League schools but I just wanted to know what my chances are at transferring if I keep my GPA up, keep participating in EC's, boost my ACT, and write a great essay (with good, quality reasons for transferring). I had personal problems throughout HS which affected my performance but now I've turned my life around and want to be the best that I can be. Thanks for any input in advance.

You've been a business major the first two years? Have you taken a full liberal arts course load on top of that? Courses in business often will not transfer.
