Harvard Transfer Chances?

So this year I applied as a transfer student to Harvard and I would really like to know my chances.

College application essays were about finding out I was adopted and the reason why I wanted to transfer.

Current Stats:

Currently a freshman attending Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
College GPA: 4.0 (summa cum laude distinction)
Ranked #1 in graduating class.
Intended Major: Biochemistry/Biological Sciences
SAT I: 2250 (CR: 750 | M: 800 | W: 700 )
SAT II French: 750
SAT II German: 740
SAT II Arabic: 780
SAT II Chemistry: 800
SAT II Spanish: 800


Extracurriculars:
Started a successful Japanese Ramen restaurant in St. Paul, Minnesota.

President of Asian Student Association at Hamline University.

Research Assistant with Hamline’s Biochemistry professors on a project dealing with human diseases.

President, Board Member, and Founder of a non-profit organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota that provides individuals free healthcare services and consultation.

Every summer I head to Palestine to help teach English, mathematics, and science to kids under the United Nation’s program called Project HOPE.

I am a on-call firefighter volunteer and a American Red Cross Disaster Services volunteer (300+ hours).

I tutor mathematics and science subjects to other undergraduates at Hamline University.


Info about myself:
I speak and write in 8 different languages fluently or near-fluent through self-study. The languages I speak are (English, Hmong, French, German, Arabic, Spanish, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese)

I practice Kendo (Japanese sword fighting).

Race: Hmong (a minority group within the Asian-American community).

I’m a chef.

Income: Less than $70,000 a year.
Parents Income: Less than $35,000 a year

First-Generation College Student.
First in family to attend college.

Parents are immigrants from Laos.

I am a experienced programmer as I self-taught myself numerous programming languages back in high school.

I am also a long-time charcoal drawer. I draw photorealistic pictures of humans. I have submitted some of my work as supplementary materials.

I had a very rough high school experience. I had to begin working at the age of 14 to support my family financially as they lost their jobs in the recession.

While you are qualified, transfer admission at Harvard is largely tethered to attrition. With attrition at less than 2%, transfer admission is actually more competitive, statistically speaking, than regular admission. The Ivy with probably the most liberal transfer admission is Cornell, close to 20%. Best–
