I’m guessing you’re right it will be May 8th. Good luck to everyone. Does anybody know how many transfers they will take this year?
@4Rosebud Probably like 10, half of which are gonna be recruited athletes
@20transfer17 so who are the other 5^?
@transferlol 4, not sure who else besides me
I think it is going to be 12 or a bit more.
@AnonBurner2015 Yea 10 is sort of conservative, last year was 12 I think.
Longest of all long shots in academic admissions.
takes some hubris to even try
Some to try, even more to believe that you have a legitimate shot.
I don’t think I deserve to be at Harvard, but I could compete at Harvard. That’s the reality. Probably most other kids who apply for transfer with the 3.9-4.0 from other top schools could do well at Harvard too, its just a crap shoot beyond that.
SO, HOW MANY OF YOU THINK IT’S GOING TO BE THIS FRIDAY? DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT TIME RESULTS WERE POSTED LAST YEAR?
Hello all, it seems like my previous comment here suggested that I already got a notification - alas I didn’t. I was just reacting to not getting an interview. Sorry for the confusion.
Results were posted at 5 pm May 10th last year. Really not worth speculating too much on the admission decision time considering not a single kid was accepted last year the thread.
“not a single kid was accepted last year the thread”
jesus… i guess it’s good to have the right expectations then.

I am very nervous, praying for a miracle!
Did anyone else get an email asking for the registrar at your current institution to verify information?
@AnonBurner2015 i didnt
my guidance counselor from my high school e-mailed saying that a harvard rep called and asked for a verbal reference for me. has anyone else experienced this as well?
When was that, @gyuanyu
