<p>I am an international student and would like to ask,at what time of the year should I apply as a transfer student to Harvard or any college,is it like I can apply in any month or some specific
month like December or March(i.e fall or spring) and if it is some specific month,is that month same for all the colleges or it is specific only for Harvard.</p>

<p>For Harvard you must apply by March 1, but you need to check the websites of all colleges that you are considering.</p>
