I have recently been looking into possibly transferring to Harvard, but their transfer page kind of confuses me. It says you must have completed one full year in a full-time degree program at one college? Does this mean I could apply as a freshman and, if admitted, transfer as a sophomore?
Your question makes no sense. Do you mean do freshman year at another university and then apply to transfer as a sophomore, then yes.
But Harvard accepts fewer than 50 transfers per year and you need a valid academic reason to transfer. Harvard adcoms can smell a prestige hound a mile away.
