Hi,

I am an accepted student to Harvard and I am very interested in walking on to the Harvard varsity sailing team. I read an old article on the crimson that a lot of walk-ons make the team, and I was wondering if someone who has only sailed for 6 months would stand a chance? Does anyone know how selective the team is? Also, is varsity sailing a big commitment? How many hours a week does a student-athelete have to commit?
