I'm deciding between Harvard and the Foundation Fellowship scholarship at the University of Georgia. The latter offers opportunities for free travel 2-3 times a year, as well as a close community. Would this program give the same opportunities as a Harvard degree?

Well, I would tell you to take the UGA Fellows because my daughter is waitlisted at Harvard, but it isn’t even close from my perspective. Ranking alone should tell you about the difference, but if you want to travel maybe it is the right choie for you. On the other hand if you graduate from Harvard in four years you can probably land a job or graduate program that will allow you to travel. I’d go with Harvard.

Thanks for your input simplywaiting. I ended up choosing Harvard and I hope to see your daughter in my class next year
