<p>I’ve visited both campuses (though I have more experience with Stanford, having done research there and lived in San Jose my whole life) and for me, it would appear that Stanford is superior in the student life aspect. I haven’t interacted with the Harvard faculty at all, but the people at Stanford are very welcoming and kind. The campus is beautiful, weather is great, caltrain is accessible, world class professors…
As for academics, I think we can safely say that both are excellent institutions and anyone who is talented enough to be making this choice could succeed at either university.</p>
