Harvard Wait list

Mrrr... I live in MA right near Harvard, so hopefully the fact that I haven't gotten one yet is a good sign... I did get the original decision letter on the very date that it was dated..

crosses fingers again

do you think they're going in waves or do you think all 35 people have been notified?

And Christm4sKitty goes for the shot.. annddd rejected

just got my rejection letter as well.
Oh well, I stopped caring after I got off Wharton's waitlist.
Congrats to those who got in.

Yeah, neutralnuke, Wharton is so much better than Harvard--I'm so jealous (--> still waitlisted at Penn as well).

And, judging by the fact that I have no negative mail from Harvard despite the fact that I live thirty minutes away... I guess I'm safe for now.

Does anyone know anything more about how this process works? Like.. how many people did they cut in this round, and will they cut any others relatively soon?

Anyone on the west coast receive any confirmation yet?

same as neutralnuke. exactly :-) yay. Go Wharton '11!

got rejected. mit, here i come. harvard, watch out for my cross-registration materials. ain't no one gonna stop me from taking math 55.

so.. a letter is a definite rejection?
didnt get one yet, i should be the last to receive one.

where do you live undesputed? im still waiting for mine too...

actually, where do all of you (who already received letters) live? i'm still waiting here in MI, so i guess it'll probably arrive tomorrow or so....

i'm from LA and i got my letter today.

i didn't get any letters but someone from my state was already accepted from the Waitlist

What state are you from, b4nnd20? They aren't only gonna accept one person off the waitlist from each state..

I live in Montana and I got my rejection letter today. Oh well, Montana State gave me an excellent scholarship. I am sure that if one made it to me that fast all of them have been received. Good luck to anyone still on the waitlist!

I live in Saipan. It's a small island in the Pacific.
Mail usually arrives 2 weeks after postage.
So I guess if the mail is coming, it's still in transit... :P

Anyways, so only rejections come by mail?

I got rejected in the mail today in NJ. I'm actually really happy, though, because if I'd gotten in I'd have no idea what to do.

And I'm going to Penn/Wharton, too!

haha, Wharton FTW

have all the accepted students been notified? am i sure that i will receive a rejection in the mail?

please disregard my last comment, yesterday i DID receive the mail rejecting me......... moving on
