<p>15-30%. It is apparent that you are trying way too hard. Keep the stress level "lower" or you will probably not do well on your standardized tests.</p>

<p>ye...i don't see many asians at all running track/xc. I think more asians play sports like tennis/badminton.</p>

<p>However, medals in any sport is something to be proud of -- you have a great app, just complement it with good essays.</p>
<p>Go make a patent! Or start a successful business...they are easier then they seem and look good on college apps. Blah, shouldn't have been so lazy myself :(</p>
