<p>Hello I'm a rising senior who is extremely interested in Harvey Mudd College, in fact I will likely apply ED.

<p>My son had a 34 ACT, 800 on math 2, 790 on physics subject test.</p>

<p>All 5’s on 7 AP exams, his GPA was 4.42 he was number 4 in his class. He helped start 2 seperate science related clubs at his high school, very active in Academic Decathlon, had a paid tutoring job since he turned 16. He volunteered for several organizations totally 300 plus hours. In addition ran track and cross country. </p>

<p>He visted Harvey Mudd 2 times and on the 3rd time had an interview. They rejected him this past March</p>

<p>@sunflowermom Which other schools did he apply to? Which ones accepted, and which ones rejected him? My son is currently a senior, and he will be going through what your son just went through.</p>

Did you end up getting in ED? IMHO, you sound like a great candidate for Mudd.
