I did not apply for financial aid and do not see the “Thank you” message, so the pattern doesn’t seem to hold true.

I am applying for financial aid and I received the “Thank You” statement, but for some odd reason, the blue box linking to my financial aid isn’t there.

Did you guys get in? I hope you guys did! 
Because I’m a RD applicant and I also can see that form in my financial aid portal and I’m wondering if it something sent out to all applicants! It would be great if you could let me know because I don’t know when decisions come out.
