How was it invalidated?

Do you think they would invalidate a test because you did not seal the booklet with the three seals provided?:eek: I'm sorta scared.

Do you think they would invalidate a test because you did not seal the booklet with the three seals provided?:eek: I'm sorta scared.

what else would you seal it with? Or did you not seal it? :O

I don’t believe sealing is a big deal.

It won’t affect your score.

Lol the sticker with your ap number on it? Sorry that’s kind of funny. Hopefully your proctor or someone caught it before they sent the exams in, but you never know. If it did get mailed without being sealed, I don’t see why they would cancel your score but this is the collegeboard we’re talking about.

I don’t think your test would get invalidated for that reason…don’t worry about it. Discussing the test during a certain time period can get it invalidated, talking during the test, or using your phone are the only reasons I think that it can get invalidated for. It is not like you can go back and change answers because there was only one seal placed and they pick up the test books immediately after…yes?

This guy at my school during the Psych exam texted. I know, he’s so smart.

One of the kids at first sealed his MC packet with AP Number Stickers, then somebody told him how stupid he was, and then he quickly changed them.

I took the Human Geo. test with my brother, and my brother only. It was his first AP exam, and he put on all 3 seals on the front side of the booklet. Like, so it wasn’t sealed and the whole sticker was on the front side. Such. an. idiot. Then when the proctor and I looked at him like ._. and explained to him what he was supposed to do, he had to rip the stickers off and actually seal them on. He proceeded to accidentally cover one of the original stickers with a ripped off sticker. You can imagine what the stickers ended up looking once they were “sealed.” I’ll put money on his tests being invalidated, or at least delayed.

On my AP Chem test, I used 2 of the seals on the top and bottom and I didn’t know what to do with the last one because I didn’t see the part on the right that said to so I put 2 on top. I then realized my stupidity and corrected it with no damage :D

@MattNC
that’s what I did… it was my first AP test, and I used the AP number seal for one for one of the three seal areas and did not do anything to the other two seal areas.

Lol, I hope they don’t cancel your score…Just Kidding. :]

Usually, if they strongly suspect something, they’ll cancel your score and offer a retake.

You should be fine.

my ap enviro test will be 99.999999999999999% invalidated. i was listening to music on my ipod during the test and they caught me

Somebody “left” a review book in the bathroom, so about 75 of us have to get our scores cancelled.

If you’re referring to the three seals on your MC? booklet, NOT the AP number, I’m pretty sure those are more so they know your TEACHERS don’t peak at the test rather than for anything to do with you.

This might be the stupidest idea I’ve ever heard. I hope you’re kidding…

Sealing the MC booklets incorrectly won’t get your score cancelled… It’s just so the test questions remain secret.

@pb, Major ouch. :(

I accidentally didn’t seal the top and bottom of my test booklet, and I’m sooooo worried they’re going to cancel my score. In my defense though, I was sitting in the back of the room and my proctor was practically MUMBLING the instructions. He said NOTHING about making sure all three sides of the packet were sealed or making sure you used up all the stickers. And he didn’t catch it when he collected my booklet.

If my score is canceled I’m going to cry…
