I personally (at the admissions office) gave them my deposit around April 11th, and I guess the suspense is just killing me, haha... just wondering if anybody else got any info from them yet after giving the deposit.. and now that I look at the date I realize it's barely been a week since I visited so yeah, suspense really must be killing me!

Oh, wow I just looked at the subject of this thread and realized I should have typed "gotten." That's really bugging me. Oh well.

On a similar housing note, I found these really cool virtual tours of Hopkins dorms that I didn't know existed before.. I'm really liking the single AMR.

Sent check and form on April 3.

No need to be concerned. It can take up to four weeks for your enrollment form and fee to be received and processed and for your confirmation and housing materials to be processed, mailed out, and received. We do not mail confirmations and housing information on an individual basis, but rather batch mailings every week. Just a bit of patience.

If you want to check to see if the deposit and enrollment form were received, you can send an email to gotojhu@jhu.edu.

Thank you!

My D received her packet today. She handed in her acceptance form and fee at the 4/18 open house. We live pretty close to the school, so it probably only took a day to arrive from Baltimore.

does anyone have a picture of an amr double? for some reason they don't seem to have pictures of them anywhere!

here you go:

Unfortunately it does not seem that the Housing Office did a Virtual Tour of the AMR doubles.

lovely thread. i can almost imagine being there :)

Does that mean if we haven't sent in the deposit by now, we won't make May 26(?) deadline for housing lottery?

the May 26 deadline is a postmark deadline - and no you will not have a problem. Deposits postmarked by May 1, will have housing packets arrive before May 26.

i havent gotten nething

There is no need to worry. I repeat what I wrote before...
