also infinity wolf, were you referring to the 912 transfer students that applied for the architecture program, or 912 students transfer students altogether?

Yes I am a CC transfer as well. So SLO is not going to ask me for my fall grades in the form of my transcripts? I have had to do that for every other school which in my case helps a lot since i got a 4.0 in 19 units. Should I send it either way along with my Pomona one I have to get out?

Pomona asks that you send updated transcripts for your Fall sem, SLO asks you to wait until they ask for them (it's on their sites, Pomona has a section called "Next Steps"). Right now, they are just going on your word.

That's 912 total transfers excepted in 2007 out of 34000+ total applicants (this includes freshman as well). I'm still in search of the statistic for Architecture transfers. I hope the second have comes out soon. Someone on here said that we have to declare housing situations today, right?

yeah i mentioned it. Friend said that you can sign up for housing today. Hopefully we get something soon since you and I seem to be the most nervous ones transfer students wise. I'm sure there's a lot more though lol.

Well SLO is going on what my gpa was almost a year which is a lot different than what it is at this current moment. Should I contact them about a mistake in my application though. SLO only goes on gpa so I would feel a lot more confident with that updated gpa on there.

They don't want anything from us until we are told to do so. The most you can do as I'm already thinking because i'm in the same boat as you is if you get rejected, you send or write a letter protesting, dont know the exact term, and make your case on why they should re-evaluate your application. During that time, I believe you can mention about your 4.0. As of right now you can do what were all doing just sit back wait for the email, or check ur portal since some people aren't getting the email first. Trust me though, I know what your going through.

Tomorrow's another big day. SDSU flat out told me that they'll start sending out letters tomorrow, Pomona said something similar, and hopefully SLO will admit more of you. I'm pretty much over the craziness, if I don't get into SLO or Pomona, I've already been accepted to Cal State LA for Civil Engineering, so I'll prolly head there if SDSU doesn't take me either.

I'll log on tomorrow and see if more people got accepted, if there are no significant changes I'll call up to SLO again just to pester them a little more. Anyone want me to ask for anything specific, like required GPA per major?

It would be great to know about Architecture. Good luck with state. I live in sd too, and I have some friends that were accepted back in january but others that haven't heard yet.

yeah infinity can you ask them about civil engineering. Just basically the number of seats there going to accept for transfer students.

k, I'll ask for availability.

I'm not sure I want to know its not going to be good and it wont help me sleep any better at night haha.
