So has anyone attended the Cornell CAS info session? I'm going to visit Cornell Friday and will be applying to CAS so I was just wondering if it is beneficial in any way, more so than the regular undergrad admissions info session. Will it talk about admissions as well or should I just go to the regular undergrad admissions session on a Saturday? I'm 6 hours away so I can't attend both and would obviously like to go to the best one. I only have a day left until I go! What kind of questions should I ask as well that I can't get an answer from the website? Anything in particular I should be looking out for? Thanks ahead of time.

You should ask someone in Admissions what they think. And, contact someone in CAS, explain that you can only attend one session, ask if there is anything from the CAS info session that they can mail to you.

Read the website carefully and see if any questions occur to you. Write them down. You can ask questions about your specific major, can you take courses in other colleges besides CAS, when are you actually accepted into a particular major, transfer AP credit good idea or should you take the Cornell course, housing options. meal plan options, etc.

What will your major be?
