Has anyone been denied from Rutgers school of arts and sciences? If you did, please post your GPA and SAT score. I am still anxiously waiting for my decision, even though I applied just two weeks right after they posted the application online. I have heard that if you have not been accepted yet, you are most likely going to be denied. I am so scared!

So please post if you have been denied already!

What the heck? Your weighted GPA is pretty high, and I dont think Rutgers looks at the unweighted GPA. Your SAT is on the low side but I think at the very least you should've been waitlisted.

someone help meeee!
I havent heard from rutgers yet and i applied to SAS and Business
GPA before i moved: 3.7
GPA after i moved: 3.0
SAT MATH: 600 VERBAL: 580 = 1180

Do i have a chance of getting in?
is it bad that i havent heard yet?

i applied after the priority deadline, about a month and half after. i got rejected with a 3.5 GPA, really good essay that i worked pretty hard on, and a 23 ACT score. A 23 is pretty low but it’s almost an 1100/1600 so i thought that could have been sufficent enough for an in-state student. i guess applying after the priority deadline was a really bad choice =/ my heart wasn’t set on rutgers anyway. to anyone reading this, APPLY AS EARLY AS YOU CAN. it REALLY helps. i’m getting rejected from a lot of NJ state schools because well my scores aren’t the greatest, but i applied in january when people were applying in october!

I got rejected from Rutger-New Brunswick business. But I got into Rutgers-NB SEBS and Rutgers-NB SAS as well as Rutgers-Newark Business. How hard would it be to go to rutgers NB SEBS or SAS and trasnfer to NB business the following year? Is it even possible?

Im still waiting on my response. It’s been like a month and a half…
Gpa: 3.54
SAT: 1850
Applied to NB SAS. is there a chance that I’ll get in??? So nervous right now…

desiboy, It’s pretty easy to transfer schools at RU. I know people do it all the time. I think you need to talk to admissions about it when you’re here and I’m sure they’ll work with you to get you in the direction you need to go.

xboramyoo i had similar stats and im still waiting.
i actually put the wrong gpa i put my UW (3.36) instead or W (4.08) and changed it on Nov 25th
