<p>I was recently accepted to USF with a 3.9 GPA and a 30 ACT score as an out of state student, but I've noticed that I never received any scholarship even though I am considered overqualified for the lowest award for out of state students, which is the gold and green scholars award. Has anyone else received any scholarships yet? Or do they wait until a time later on?</p>
<p>I have basically the same stats, except a 4.0 GPA and I’m in-state. I have yet to receive a scholarship, so I’m thinking it must be later.</p>
