Has anyone else heard nothing from colleges?

<p>I applied to five common app schools on March 1st but have heard nothing from all but one of them. The Common App sent emails confirming the submission of my application and supplements, but that's all I have.</p>

<p>Is anyone else in this situation? When should I enter panic mode and starting calling these schools?</p>

<p>You should enter panic mode around July. You should be no where near nervous yet! Some schools won’t reply till the end of April or some even later! I know University of Delaware doesn’t reply sometimes for Transfer students until the first week of July. Do not be worried at all. Rutgers University won’t decided until April 15th for Transfers. </p>

<p>To make you feel better, I applied back on the first week of January and haven’t heard a word from any of the 4 schools that I applied to and I am just patiently (and anxiously) waiting…that’s all you can do! I know the wait is so annoying and nerve racking but just hang in there! The letters will start pouring in soon!</p>

<p>I’m not talking about receiving a decision – I know most colleges won’t send them until May.</p>

<p>I’m talking about a confirmation that the school received my application and related materials, or a user name and password to log in to the school’s website to check the status of my applicant.</p>

you could send them an email, but for the most part those same admissions officers are in the middle of making admissions decisions for next years incoming Freshman class. Wait until the end of the month and then give them a call.</p>

<p>I did not hear from Brown yet but did from Amherst and Cornell. Do not worry, and you will get them soon.</p>

<p>Did you try to call Brown yet? I made a call immediately after the amherst one last friday but just voice message. Cornell could only find out my instructor evaluation forms and I am kind of wondering if most of my application material needs to be resent.</p>
