<p>I submitted my app on the 30th, and the common app says everything is, "downloaded," but I haven't received anything at all from Yale. No letter, no email, nothing. </p>
<p>At what point do I need to think about calling them to confirm everything? I know that they had a record-breaking number of applicants, so I don't want to freak out if they are just a bit overwhelmed.</p>
<p>I haven't received anything either, but I'm not worried at all. If I haven't gotten anything (Eli ID etc) by Feb 15th, I will contact them.</p>
<p>There are probably just a few people sorting through some 20 000 applications at this point - let's say 12 000 are still left to be processed, and if each application consists of three-four-five-six letters, then you realize that they probably need a few more weeks :)</p>
<p>I'm assuming that you submitted your application on the 30th of December? If so I definitely wouldn't worry. I applied early and got deferred, but it took them at least three weeks to send me confirmation and an Eli account log in.</p>

i might shoot them an email soon, but it's not like it'll do anything. if commonapp says our stuff was successfully submitted, it's just that yale hasn't gotten around to it. the only possible situation is if maybe my eli account info got lost in the mail, but i doubt it. i'll prob. wait a few more days before contacting admissions though.</p>
<p>I sent my apply in the 29th and got my eli account thingy about 2 days ago I think. Definitely not panic time for you yet though. Wait a few days then email.</p>

<p>My D received a letter in the mail today from Yale with the account information. According to the Common App website her application was downloaded on 12/26.</p>
