I called today to request another one but my regional secretary was not there. It must have either gotten lost in the mail or was never sent.</p>
<p>I didn't get mine either...I was deferred though so it's not exactly hanging over my head...</p>
<p>On a lighter note, I think they should accept me for not notifying me : ). Wishful thinking.......</p>
