Has anyone experienced from denial of admission after the admission was accepted?

<p>I'm transferring to Rutgers College starting Fall 2009.
My grades are falling apart due to some health problems.
Has anyone experienced from this incident?
When I saw the acceptance letter, it says like if the records of applicants change significantly, the admission can be revoked.....
I am really worried.
