this person I know always lies and he was going around today saying that he was accepted into Notre Dame. Is that possible? He would have applied early action as a freshman for the Fall of 2017. Is he lying?? Has anyone else been accepted yet???

Nobody has been notified of acceptance. Early applicants will all be notified at the same time in mid December

@prezbucky It was important to me and so I needed to make it sound urgent. To do so, I added details. All I was asking for in my initial question was a simple, quick answer. If you wanted to consider the additional informational I included (to make it humorous), then that was your decision.

I was just giving you crap because when you didn’t get an answer 15 minutes after your first post, you typed in all caps pleading for a response. Another 15 minutes goes by, and you make another post about how you can see the number of people viewing the thread. It was just a bit over the top. SMH

If he’s a recruited athlete he could have been notified earlier than the typical December release date. Anything is possible, especially with elite institutions and highly involved admissions offices. May recruited athletes are reviewed first and hear back in two weeks.
