I called the Dean's Office today and they said they'd mailed mine yesterday. For those of you who've already got it, was it regular mail/priority/Fedex? Thanks :)

I calld there yesterday and they said they didn't yet processed a batch of materials from the admission office and they'd send I-20s as soon as the process ends. And she said they'll mail it by REGULAR mail...

regular mail...I was afraid of that :(

Oh well atleast theyve mailed it :)

I got it this morning. Yeah, it was mailed regular..

My middle name was misspelled. I'm sending it back to Princeton tomorrow. :(

uh, aya, that sounds annoying... :(

i got mine through regular mail too, but i don't know, there was something "not regular" about it :D : it had no post stamp, so i believe it was delivered by a courier or something (but i dunno if this applies to local handling or the whole process )..

Also it was mailed to Bucharest, Hungary, but that didn't stop it from arriving. It was about 10 days from the moment i faxed the CoF till i got the I-20. about !

PS the package also contains an invitation fro Ipo... hang in there, fellow OAers :D resist the temptation ;)

hehe. Is the invitation tempting? Ooh, and what else does the package have?

no, the invitation is not that tempting... it's printed on BROWN paper! I mean, ok, recycle, but.... gah... I think they meant it to be orange, but failed miserably in the process... mwu haha ha ha... :)

What could be tempting is that in three different places is written something like:

"In regards to pre-or, we strongly encourage you to attend" etc

and i can see anybody being tempted by that. I was too... for a second! :p

But daaah! , they're the International center, they organize IpO, of course they support it so much!! :D

and the package has:

a 2 page letter explaining stuff, hand signed by Rachel Baldwin (oh, the privileges of a small elite group; 112 intl this year :D )

the three page I-20
-a copy of the CoF, stamped
-a xeroxed copy of "A Guide for International Undergraduate Students", which has some interesting info (4 ex there is a service for intl phone calls from a mobile phone, at small prices)
-a small, BROWN :p, Pre-or pamphlete and an invitation card

Thanks for the info Pav.
