<p>I got a call and email yesterday (Wednesday) from a local alumni in my area informing me that I'm a finalist and scheduling an interview.</p>

<p>Perhaps your area's alumnis are simply slower to respond?</p>

<p>so if we didn't get one, we're not chosen as finalists? They have to let us know if we got it or not...they can't just leave us hanging</p>

<p>the e-mail said something like, "u made it to the finalist round. Now u have a chance to have an interview if we select u." then, technically, this isn't the final round cuz we still have to get chosen for an interview? this is weird and confusing.</p>
