<p>Becuase the people that I know that got accepted are not up to my level. MY stats exceed some of those already accepted, so I know I'm in.</p>
<p>Penn state doesnt have a financial aid form...and it doesnt even require an essay...Isnt that true? And only a counselor recommendation?!</p>
<p>There isn't an essay, but there is an optional personal statement. It's up to you to decide whether or not you think a personal statement would be beneficial. In my opinion, it can't hurt. And yes, you need to give your counselor forms to fill out to send to PSU. No teacher recs necessary.</p>
