I thought admission was on a "rolling" basis. I had everything submitted by the end of November, and I still haven't heard a thing. Is anyone aware of a large increase in applicants?

Yea I thought I'd get a quick response back, I know someone who got rejected in like January, so somehow they are getting around to some but not all in no particular order though, but that person did apply at the start of December and I didn't apply until the week before apps. were due.

Any decisions yet? Are LMU decisions posted on their website anywhere, or ??

Three of my friends have gotten into LMU- one to the acting school, two to business. I applied for film with a backup major in education (since film is hard to get in to) and i called them a few minutes ago and they said i wont hear for another month..it seems like they're doing it randomly...if you find a way to check online let me know!

Finally!! Son was accepted into Science and Engineering today! Unfortunately, he was accepted at UCLA so LMU is out of the equation...
Good luck to everyone!

I sent my application in around January 5th and heard back two weeks later. Maybe they just have a random way of reading the applications.

I also applied Jan. 5th and received my acceptance in late February. I'd always check to see the application status if its been awhile after you sent your application in.

Where would I go to see my application status like you're talking about?

Call or email the admissions office and they should tell you.

If you didn't hear any news by the LMU Preview Day, April 9, 2006, you are mostlikly waitlisted or denied admission (According to undergrad. admissions counselor john gomez on blog lmu). If you are totally sure they can't deny you because you are a super kid, I would call the admissions office or e-mail one of the counselors DIRECTLY. Good luck everybody.

9 days after preview day...im in...
