Has anyone heard back from UConn (Storrs Campus) yet?

ah that makes sense. I guess Fine Arts along with a few other programs release decisions earlier than March 1…Congrats!!

@flute1298 congrats to both of your daughters!

Do all applicants to Arts programs have early notification?

Its seems as if other campuses, like waterbury, sent out decisions already. No word from Storrs

@collegewhatisthat that’s what I heard… a lot of people I know where accepted to regional campuses…

D accepted; prospective studio art major.

Here is a question…if you check the status of application on UCONN’s site, it now says March 1 letters will be mailed, but there is A LINK to pay deposit. Is it logical to say that link would not be there if she weren’t accepted?

In addition, my daughter will be a Music Education Major and auditioned at the end of January, so she couldn’t have heard before audition. The waiting is terrible!

Mine doesn’t say anything regarding March 1st, it still has the same message as before telling me when my application was completed. Anybody else?

No updates/changes to my kid’s portal.

No spot to pay deposit?

Portal changed this afternoon. Mentions March 1st, and deposit link, but I don’t see the link. Hope that’s not a bad sign.

duplicate post, sorry

Did you check under self service? That’s where I found the link to pay deposit.

Under self service, I see:

View Fee Bill
Pay Bill, Authorize Users, Manage Payment Plan
Pay Fee Bill by Wire Transfer (USD or Foreign Currency)
Pay Room Reservation Fee
Enroll or Edit Direct Deposit Information

I don’t see specific link to pay deposit. :frowning:

Also noticed that the portal changed today. Don’t have a link for the pay deposit though :-S

On the top left I see:

Check Application Status
Withdraw Application
Pay Enrollment Deposit

Further down there are links:

Academics…etc…

Where does it mention March 1st in the student portal? I don’t see it anywhere and I don’t have the pay deposit. I don’t think mine has changed at all yet.

Logging in…check application status and the following message comes up:

This application is Complete.
As we work toward finalizing our admissions decisions, self-service is currently unavailable. Please return back to this page after March 1 for the latest information on the status of your application.

If you have already received your admission decision by mail, welcome to UConn Nation! Please refer to your letter of admission for details regarding your program and campus. If you are looking to pay your enrollment deposit, go back to the previous page (your Student Center) and click the Pay Enrollment Deposit link.

My DD does not have the pay enrollment deposit link in the upper left either. I do see the change in status saying this application is complete and they are working on finalizing admissions decisions, etc. Not sure if that is a bad sign not having that pay enrollment deposit or not. Guess 6 more long days!!!
