<p>Its so strange, I called NYU Monday and they said that decision has been already made but I havent received anything in the mail. I live in the suburbs of nyc and should receive anything from the city within a day.</p>
<p>the same here. And i called today the lady told me that i should give some time for mail, she said they mailed it the beginning of the week. In my case it's not that strange because i live in the midwest.
which school did u apply to? and r u a sophmore or a junior? and did they ask for ur midterm grades? if u don't mind telling .</p>
<p>Ok I just called and they said that they have yet to make a decision on my application. I asked when would be the absolute latest that I would hear and she said that they are hoping to finish all the applications in 2-3 weeks. So those in my shoes can either hear back anytime from a week to a month (assuming it takes 1 week for you to get your decision). This is for CAS btw.</p>

<p>I have a 3.8 college GPA, currently a sophomore attending a top SUNY, my high school gpa was a B- w/ SATs 1350. I satisfied all the requrements except for the 2nd accounting. Reason to transfer was that the school i am in has a mediocre economics program w/o chance to specialize (finance). </p>
<p>Funny thing though, I ve been checking for my netid since it was first posted here weeks ago but this past Wed, I called NYU to ask about me decision and the lady said it was already made. I called around 11 Am and then around 12 pm, all of sudden i was able to get my net id. (ive been trying to get my net id for weeks, checking every couple of hours LOL)</p>

<p>enwhywho: with most schools, if both (or all of you) put each other's ID on the housing application, as long as space permits, you should be able to room with each other.</p>

I went to high school back home, i had very good stats, didn't take the SAT's though, because they weren't offered there.
I am currently attending a community college with 3.985 GPA, i have all the requirements for stern, reason for transfering obvious.
I also tried the netID thing many times and i wasn't able to get it, until friday night, and i called them monday morning they told that a decision has been made and will be mailed soon, i called them today and was told the decision is in its way.</p>

I just wanted to let you all know that I heard that I got into Tisch Film and Television yesterday. I have not been able to access my Net ID account once. So if you can't don't fret!!! The people on this board totally had me stressing out for no reason.</p>

<p>snail mail. They actually sent it to my parents house because I had put down their address as my "permanent" one.</p>
