<p>My D applied early action and was accepted (notified in January). We thought she might be a candidate for the Scholars program but haven't heard anything. Did anyone else who was accepted early action hear about scholars program?</p>
<p>I have the same question. Not to sound arrogant, but I think I have a good shot at the honors program, considering I got into an Honors Program at a better school. Weird.</p>
<p>I was accepted EA into SOM and have not heard anything about Honors or PWC scholars....really was hoping...</p>
<p>I was accepted RD to SOM and was wondering the same thing---but I mean, some of my friends still haven't gotten decisions yet, so maybe once ALL the decisions are out, they'll send honors decisions? I haven't heard of anyone getting into the honors program yet.</p>
<p>My friend, whose son is a freshman now and an Honors Scholar, told me that her son didn't hear at the time he was admitted to Binghamton, but rather was selected as an Honors Scholar sometime late in May 2008. She also said that while he had been given priority registration for courses as a Scholar, the rule has now been changed and being a Scholar is less desirable in that in fall of 2009, only sophmores, juniors and seniors who are Scholars will receive priority registration.</p>
<p>^^ So does that mean you have accept to be offered?</p>
