Has anyone heard of MIT's THINK?

I applied for Siemens (didn't get it T_T) and am gonna try for intel too and i was also thinking of trying for this other one that a MIT friend told me about

but has anyone done this one before? and if so, what are chances of doing well, etc?
I think I'll apply anyway cuz it's free and the app looks almost the same as the other ones

anyone? anyone? :P

i also found their webpage
[MIT TechFair 2011: THINK Competition](http://www.mittechfair.org/think/)

Yeah I’ve heard of it. After making Siemens Semifinalist, my mentor told me to compete in this one. This is my first time doing it, so I’m not sure how it’s run. But, whatever, its still fun =).

one of my friend, who goes to caltech now, was the 2nd place winner for this thing. its more major up north, so i didn’t know about it until he told me

Hey, I’m thinking about entering as well! I have a question though: We only need an adult sponsor if our project involves “experimental or engineering work,” right? (That’s what I found in the online handbook.)

Hmmm…idk actually…
we might need one regardless?

k submitted! into the lab category one :D

my son is a finalist so i will tell you more when he gets back from the event…
