I'm currently a freshman here living on campus - in Tarkington - and a few of my friends and I were looking to rent an apartment together next year. After looking around online, it seems that one of the best options is College Station. I've been attempting to put together a total-cost-per-month estimate (rent + electricity + food) and compare that to the cost of living on campus with a bit more financial aid. I was wondering if anyone here has lived at College Station and could give me a ballpark idea of what a monthly electricity bill would be there.

I would recommend Campus Suites over College Station since the rooms and WAY better. Hardwood floors and marble counters along with stainless steel appliances, so much better. Even has it’s own bus route like College Station to campus. If not, I’d also recommend Baywater which is next to Campus Suites since it’s a four person townhouse with three floors.
