I'm looking for a 12 month lease which starts in May, and U Towers doesn't seem too bad of a deal.

Has anyone ever lived there before? How was it?

I haven’t lived there, but I’ve been there several times, and the consensus from the people that live there seems to be:

“Crappy rooms, moderate price, incredible location.”

80% asians

I live there now, in a large one bedroom, and with one roommate. In my apartment, the kitchen is really small, the bedroom is way larger than we needed, but it’s nice, the bathrooms are small (like, I have a hard time shaving my legs in the shower because it’s so small), and the living room is comfortable. I’m moving elsewhere next fall because I found a cheaper place with a dishwasher (lol) and a parking spot. The walls are paper thin, but I’m pretty content here, other than the rent.

There are other choices, it is kind of a high rise student ghetto.
