<p>So… Is anyone done yet? :P</p>
<p>I’m still working on mine… Hoping to get them done by December 15th (but preferably this weekend).</p>
<p>I’ve finished five out of my eight applications so far. I have my Common App essay done but I’m still working on the supplements for UPenn, Cornell, and NYU. I should be working on them now but I’m doing anything to procrastinate…</p>
<p>Still got to finish my last four apps, lol.</p>
<p>HOW DO YOU PEOPLE MOTIVATE YOURSELVES?! I mean, I always get everything done in time, but never without a few all nighters and thoughts of suicide…</p>
<p>I’d say like 90% of the people from my school (located in CA) applies to at least 1 UC school, so we all have our UC essays done. Some people have applied early to schools, but the majority of the people at my school are editing their UC essays for the CommonApp just now. </p>
<p>Personally, I applied early so my CommonApp essay has been done. I’ll find out soon if I’ve been accepted, so I’ve been procrastinating on supplements. If I get in, I’ll have a nice winter break. If not, I’m looking at probably 10 supplemental essays (Kenyon and Stanford, I’m looking at you for the majority of those!)</p>
<p>I still have to do NYU, Brandeis, and GWU supplements. (Maybe a couple others, I have yet to decide…) I have been finding it difficult to find inspiration to answer all these questions.</p>
<p>I still have 5 schools to apply to, and I haven’t quite begun the supplements.</p>
<p>I think it’s all those “Why ____?” questions that are throwing me off… I’m not quite sure how to answer them… Do I talk about student body, campus, interesting programs, or reputation? Etc?</p>
<p>Only 3 more supplements to go! I plan on finishing them this week.</p>
<p>If anyone’s still furiously working on essays…you can do it! I know lots of people finish all their applications as early as September or October, but don’t let that get to you, and most importantly, don’t panic. I did 8 supplements and overhauled my Common App over winter break last year; it was pushing the limit a bit too much, but overall not too bad. Even if you do have tons of work left, chill, stay focused, and trust that you’ll be done when the deadlines roll around. :)</p>

<p>I was hoping to get everything done by the 15th, but with finals and projects and the sheer torture that is first semester, senior year, I haven’t had the chance.</p>
<p>I still have three more supplements: NYU, Brown, and Syracuse. I’m considering dropping Brown from my list though so I don’t know. Once finals end on Wednesday, I’m just gonna work straight till they’re done so I can enjoy my winter break! :)</p>
<p>I’m applying for like 10 different colleges. I finished my Common App essay two months ago. I’m almost done with my supplement essays. I have to finish my one, proofread my others, and write another two.</p>
<p>Geez, I hate how the Common App brags that “you only have to write one essay unless a college specifically asks for more.” The Catch 22 is that ALL colleges ask for more…in their supplements :P</p>
<p>Yeah, I hate that too! I’ve been down with the common app essay for over a month now as well but now I have a bunch of supplements to finish and I keep revising them. :p</p>

<p>YES…I have to do all my essays for regular decision over break. Brandeis, BU, Skidmore,and Mt. Holyoke. Plus a scholarship essay. I think that’s like 10 essays. ugh</p>

I have started most of mine but have yet to complete and finalize all. 
Good thing I’m not planning on going anywhere over break…</p>
