<p>I applied UWM in December 15th, and I still didn’t get the decision. I sent them a email to ask about it. And they said that the decisions will be made in March. So we still have to wait.</p>

I don’t mean to nitpick, but UWM refers to UW-Milwaukee, not UW-Madison.=)</p>
<p>As for length of time, it took nearly 3 months for me to hear back from Madison, so the fact that you are having to wait this long isn’t abnormal. Don’t worry about contacting them, just make sure they have all the materials they need from you. You can easily check this by going into the student center on MyUW.</p>
<p>My D was accepted on Monday. Her on-line status changed but she still hasn’t received the official “package” or letter in the mail. We are IS and would normally get mail next day from Madison. She is very excited and proof that the “well rounded” student can still get into UW. Good luck to anyone who is still waiting.</p>
