UCSD, UCSB - here
UCI, UCD - not here yet

I got UCSD’s packet yesterday.

I got UCSD’s today. It was a pretty weak packet but I guess thats to be expected when the budget is so low.

I got the packet yesterday. It was just a “■■■■ CONGRATULATIONS!!!1!” form letter and a cheesy color brochure that they send to both freshman and transfers.

It was nice that they remembered me though. /sniff

Yup. got packets from UCI, UCSD, UCR, UCSC, UCSB

awww yay for J-Ho :)

Haven’t received any admissions packets in the mail from UCR, UCD or UCSC. Kinda bummed. I was looking forward to them.

Edit: I got a housing packet from UCR though.

I got mine during spring break from UCSD. My mom scanned it and put it on her Facebook. She’s really happy. I’ll be one of the first five on my father’s side of the family to graduate from a university and the first on my mother’s side. (Between her siblings’ children) My older sister went to SDSU but dropped out. So she’s very happy about it. It might be a weak packet, but when you never received a packet at all graduation year at high school, it’s a very nice packet!

i havent gotten anything from UCSD, UCSB, or UCD yet =( none of those will matter if i get one from UCB tho =P

Haven’t got UCSB yet. However, I thought UCSD’s packet was quite nice: I got three of them, that’s why. The third was from “The Village.”

got one from UCSD over a weak ago i think.

Kinda underwhelming actually. I’m not sure why they spend the money and waist the paper to send out those things, when everyone just finds out online. just to make sure?

i got mine today as well
it was same envelope that i got 2 years ago (as a fresh)
but smaller in size…
but yeah i guess the budget cuts

How soon are we supposed to receive admissions packets anyway?

3 weeks or so after your official decision. Admissions packets don’t really contain anything special, just an official letter from admissions department congratulating you plus some information about your major. Aside from that, you get a brochure that has information about UCSD. It’s a big size brochure.

What has information you really need, is the undergraduate college packet which comes after the SIR deadline to give you orientation information, email information and other admission related materials with deadlines you have to take care of before Orientation in September.

UCSD is sending something out soon guys, because they emailed me today that they need my current mailing address to send me something from the admissions and student relations department.

I got a packed from UCSD. Still waiting on UCSB.

UCI was the first UC I got accepted into, which was more than a month ago, and I barely received their admission package in the mail 2 days ago.

Already have SD & SB

I recieved my Davis admissions packet today!!!

I got my packet from UCSB like 3 weeks ago …

Got SD, waiting for Davis.

@smoser2 How’s the Davis packet? Hahaha I live in socal so it might take a little longer

Yep, got mine from UCSD last week, and got the Davis on today.
